We use less air (called overrun) than other ice cream companies, producing a richer and better-tasting ice cream! We also use the best ingredients from fresh cream to fresh fruits and nuts. Some frozen dessert companies are putting more whey into their products − instead of milk and cream − while we don't rely on whey to make up the bulk of the product.
